Design Consultation
After our initial phone interview, to ensure that we may bit a fit, we will arrange an in person consultation. At this meeting we will assess your current interior space and/or construction plans, discuss the details of our involvement in your project, and walk you through the our design process together. From here, we will draft a Proposal of Services, with a Scope of Work and Estimated Fees for your review.

Design Consultations are a Flat Rate of $150. This fee is waived if we proceed into a working relationship.

Design Plan + Presentation
​
Once the Proposal of Services is approved, we officially begin our creative journey together. Depending on your specific scope of work, this is generally when we begin the process of creating your Layout Design and/or Conceptual Designs.
If beginning with a Layout Design, your Portfolio will feature digital floor plans and 3D renderings, incorporating all proposed changes and spatial plans for each designated space. After Layout Designs are finalized, we move into pulling together all the beautiful finishing details of your space(s).
A Conceptual Design can feature proposed flooring, millwork, plumbing and lighting fixtures, specific finishes, paint colors, and hardware. Clients may request for their portfolio to also include proposed window treatments, floor coverings, furniture, and accessories.

Sourcing + Ordering
After designs and selections are finalized, ordering proposals will be created and reviewed with clients. Communication and coordination with vendors and contractors will ensure that Pre Production preparations are handled with efficiency and diligence.

We source products from a wide variety of vendors, mainly trade exclusive companies. During this phase of our process, we carefully execute all ordering, tracking, and deliveries, to prepare for installation.

Production + Installation
To help ensure seamless production and installation phases, we work along side subcontractors and/or contractors through every step of the production process, acting as your personal Project Manager. Bayberry Design Co. will be in regular communications will all parties involved and have regular site visits throughout the duration of your project to oversee that all design details are handled as intended/planned.

Rates + Invoicing
After our in person consultation, a Proposal of Services to outline a Scope of Work with an Estimated Cost will be created. The Proposal must be approved and signed for the working relationship to begin. Clients may request to receive an Estimated Cost before entering each new Design Phase.
Design Rate is $125 per hour. Project Time is recorded daily and clients will receive a Time Billing Invoice at the conclusion of each month or after a Design Phase is completed.
